Week 6: Sonja Bakkeren

Didn't lose any weight this week. Couldn't be sad about it, I ate pizza twice this week. Why? Because I love it. Haha.

On monday I said to Sam we're not dieting this week. We've got to love eating again, the taste and smell of food. That's why we ate pizza, chocolate and candy. We loved it! For real!

We didn't gain and didn't lose any weight either. Starting today with week 1. You're reading it correctly. We're starting with the first week again. This time I'm gonna also measuring my body in cm. I think I'm gaining (muscle)weight because of the workouts.

Just a few months away from summer. I wanna look great at my birthday. Wich is in the begin of August. About 5 months away. It has to be possible to lose between 5 - 10 kilo. That would be the greatest gift of all.

I'll keep you posted and I hope my friend is really joining me in this battle. She and her son also has to lose weight.
What I also hope is that my friends and family are supporting me...us...no more candy, chocolate or chips. Following the rules of Sonja B. That's it.
